Axel Gasulla – A specialist in transforming behaviours into numbers in order to understand, predict and modify them.
Degree in Psychology at Blanquerna-URL (2012) specialising in Social and Organizational Psychology.
Master’s in Human Resources Management and Administration at the UDIMA (2014).
Axel has developed projects on Artificial Intelligence in Vi-Clone Corp (AI Corporation), personal development in Sodexo (Multinational Group), professional development in Prismas TYP (Association) and Head Hunting at Randstad (Multinational Group).
He is currently developing and managing projects related to data and behaviour at Domestic Data Streamers-Byfacility.
Daniel Paladini – Created the Decoding Project’s website/blog, May – June 2015.
Daniel studied Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona (2002) and he took one of his degree courses at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He worked as a web designer at the Periódico de Catalunya newspaper, then at the prestigious editorial design studio Cases i Associats. He has participated in many projects around the world as a designer and layout artist. Besides he has managed the launch of editorial projects.
He eventually decided to change tracks and study a Master’s Degree in Design and Internet Web Project Management at Elisava school (2012) and he founded his own studio Paladini Digital Projects, which works in digital areas as well as publishing, artistic direction and production.
He presently combines his work with teaching at Elisava school and participates as a member of the Elisava Alumni board.
Sergi Comabella – Expert in graphic and audio-visual content development.
Sergi is a graduate in Design at Elisava, Barcelona School of Design and Engineering (2013) and a holds Master’s Degree in Advertising Graphics. His work encompasses the areas of graphic design, illustration and 2D animation. He has carried out different projects for organisations such as La Caixa, Esteve, Acció, TV3, Ajuntament de Barcelona, Canal 33, Banc Sabadell and Elisava.
